Reflecting on 2019 Soiree...

Dear Community LEADers,

This evening, we would have been celebrating the 4th Anniversary Soiree for LEAD Girls, and presenting our esteemed honorees with LEADing the Way Awards. This event is always a huge fundraiser for us, and rescheduling was one of the hardest decisions we’ve made during my time on the board, but we look forward to celebrating together later this year. The world is facing challenging times right now, yet despite them, our focus is ensuring that LEAD continues to serve our girls. Facing our challenges head-on together has been the cornerstone of our community and I am hopeful that you will continue to be a champion for our organization, our girls, and our community.

Please feel free to reach out to me.

We thank you for your continued support,

LEAD Girls Champion remarks:

"Just wanted to say thank you for all you are doing to continue to support the work of LEAD Girls. Rather than just shut the program down, you are using the resources now being provided and the dedication of the folks at LEAD Girls to be sure the work continues. We often forget that this is a tough time for young people too. They are having to adapt to a new world order and for some of the girls you serve, that may be even more difficult.

I am so proud of the program and so proud to be a supporter and an advocate for your work."

Change a girl. Change a community.

Change the world.

Learning Everyday Accomplishing Dreams (LEAD) Girls is dedicated to providing the tools and resources that low-income/at-risk preteen girls must have to become productive citizens and active leaders in their communities.

Thank you to our 2020 supporters
