KLIC Officially Opened
The King's Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC) is a stunning new landmark building situated on a gateway site to King's Lynn. The KLIC development provides highly serviced office space and modern conference suites offering an optimum working environment equipped with the latest technology. 

The interior finishes were done by F+M's in-house interior team, Interior FM.
Kingsley Healthcare Projects

Planning consent has been granted for three Kingsley Healthcare projects. St Clements Care Home has been granted approval for extension and new units, Glebe Farm will be converted to a residential care home with two detached buildings to allow semi-independent living, and Thorp House has approval for an extension to the existing care home.
Phase 2 of Gloucester Place Hotels complete
Feilden+Mawson has completed a new boutique hotel at 87 Gloucester Place. This project forms the second phase of three involving the complete refurbishment of six Grade II listed Georgian townhouses for The Portman Estate on Gloucester Place, W1H.  No.87 Gloucester Place is a bespoke stand alone hotel for an upmarket version of a Z Hotels operation.  Read more
Planning and Listed Building consent for 46 Berkeley Square
The Birley Group was granted unanimous approval by Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of 46 Berkeley Square & 46 Hay’s Mews with Feilden+Mawson as architects and conservation specialists for the scheme.  

46 Berkeley Square is part of a surviving set of 18th Century terraced houses and one of only fourteen Grade I listed buildings within the Mayfair Conservation Area. It is a fine surviving example of the Palladian style of townhouse once typical of this area and is considered to be a highly significant heritage asset. Read more

CSOB Bank Headquarters
Feilden+Mawson's Prague office 'FAM Architekti' were runners-up in an invited design competition for one of the major banks in the Czech Republic. The riverside location in the centre of Hradec Kralove is part of a zone lined up with significant public buildings of which the new headquarters will be part.

The principal aim is to integrate the building with the site and its context so that it is perceived well by the users, visitors, neighbours and town residents. The river bank orientation, site topography and relationship to the existing and planned developments are the principal premises of the proposal which uses maximum tools for urban regeneration of the area.
University Arms Hotel 
We are happy to see the progression of the University Arms Hotel. After months of demolition, clearing and preparing the site, the void that was created is now being filled and starting to take shape as the new hotel.
Planning consent for Place House
Place House, St Neots, is a Grade ll* listed building which has received planning and listed building consent for partial demolition, extension, alterations and an onsite new energy centre to service the original 17th Century house.
Newnham House to start on site
Feilden+Mawson's retrofit of the Modern Style Grade ll 1930s house in Cambridge is about to start on site from July 2016. New replacement double glazed windows and NBT insulated render system and concrete repairs will restore the external façade and improve energy efficiency.  
Chatham House to start on site

Feilden+Mawson working in collaboration with the Royal Institute of International Affairs. The first phase of a four phase project at Chatham House. Grade I Listed building on St James Square, Mayfair.

The project aims to make the Institute more accessible for mobility impaired members and staff with inclusion of level access. The first phase will deliver new meeting and training facilities taking pressure off the existing infrastructure allowing RIIA to increase their training facilities.
