Who are LifeBridgers?

We want you to know the people we feel so blessed to serve alongside of. We think LifeBridgers are pretty awesome and the best part is how unique each person's story is. So, we want to spend a little time each month telling you about them.
Meet Maria. Upon her arrival in Panama she quickly found LifeBridge and became known around LifeBridge serving on the Hospitality and Media teams. As a new believer, Maria was excited to be a part of the LifeBridge community and have people here in her new city to spend time with and do fun things.  Recently, Maria has taken her faith to the next level. Getting involved in Bible studies and asking questions led to a deepening of her faith.

In October, Maria was baptised.  It was incredible to see Maria go public with her faith. Her enthusiasm for many things is contagious and we are excited to see her faith multiple in others.

Maria works for Bosch (one of the hundreds of multi-national companies here in Panama). She is originally from Colombia and has been living in Panama for about 1 year.
Maria being baptised last month.  In her testimony she said...
"Jesus is my True North, my Guide, and my Savior."

Our Upcoming Visit

We will be spending some time in the States to visit many of the people who make it possible to do what we do here in Panama. We are excited to share stories of how God is working through us and LifeBridge here in Panama City. Interested in hearing more? We will be at Calvary Chapel Central Bucks on Sunday, November 25. We will share during each of the services and a time after as well. We would love to see you there!

Coming Together with the IBC

During the last week of October we were blessed to spend time in Madrid,Spain alongside of 50+ other International Baptist Convention (IBC) leaders. The Annual meeting and Church Multiplication conference is encouraging for us as we spend time with people who serve in churches very similar to LifeBridge all over the world. It's a refreshing time and leaves us excited about the future. We are grateful for the community that IBC provides us and opportunities to gather together.
Below: Enjoying Madrid with other Pastors and wives.
In each newsletter we will share a tid-bit about Panamanian life. Something unique, interesting or fun.

Fiestas de Patrias. November is the month of holidays in Panama. All holidays are surrounding the patriotism of the country. Flags are on display everywhere and everyone is happy (mostly because there are so many days off from work this month :). It's a fun month and we too enjoy getting into the spirit of things.

Curious about life in Panama? What questions do you have for us? Let us know, we would love to share about topics that interest you about our country.

Praise & Prayer

We deeply appreciate your prayers for us and LifeBridge.

  • Praise for our encouraging time with ministry leaders in Madrid. We are so grateful to be a part of a network of churches that supports, encourages and equips us so well.
  • Pray for our events leading up to the holidays. The holidays can be a very lonely time for expats.
  • Pray for those who were recently baptised and made decisions for Christ. Pray also for the discipleship that goes on at LifeBridge, that as people do life together they would spur one another on.
  • Pray that Nate and Jendi would have wisdom, patience and seek the Lord as we plan for the future.
Thank you for you prayers and support!
