As part of our commitments to our customers, we periodically need to ensure we maintain system performance, reliability, security, and stability of the CloudOne infrastructure.
To perform these activities a maintenance window has been scheduled for May 12th and May 13th, 2018 starting at 12:01am PST.
Impact: At the beginning of the 12-hour period, customers will experience unavailability of online functionality including portal, dashboard and apps such as Customer Scan, Multi-Point Assessment and Remote Toolkit.
We encourage you to create several CloudOne Toolkit USBs so that you are able to continue use of the tools in the offline mode.
Best case scenario: After the initial unavailability, the online environment is expected to remain stable. Customers may experience minor disruptions, including brief agent logouts and app disconnects which can be remedied with a refresh.
Worst case scenario: After the initial unavailability, agents could be disconnected for shorter spans during the entire duration of the maintenance window. Also, apps will not reconnect automatically and in progress apps might not conclude.
We appreciate your understanding in advance while we carry out this necessary reliability and recovery testing to promote maximum platform availability.
