Welcome to the latest edition of Made Up!

As we head into summer, we have a busy couple of months ahead of us here at Made Towers. On top of new website projects in the US, UK and Australia, we are getting ready to head off on our travels. First up, we will be jetting to TLCC in sunny Orlando (look out for the photos of us in our Mickey ears). Then we are going to the moderately less sunny - but no less glamorous - Liverpool for the AMA conference! We will be presenting sessions at both conferences, so if you're attending, feel free to swing by for a listen and a chat.

Fortunately, we still found the time to craft some articles for you to enjoy. Our James has been reflecting on how arts organisations can boost audience loyalty, reviewing the nature of traditional memberships in a digital world. And after nearly a year of monthly instalments, we have the complete Made Manifesto for you to review!

As if that wasn't enough, we have our usual serving of industry news, job vacancies and conference details, fresh from the digital oven.

So enjoy, and see you next month!

Re-Member, Re-Member

Forced pun aside, we have been investigating how arts organisations can encourage audience loyalty, with an eye to boost membership numbers.

The Made Manifesto

After months of digital twists and agency thought-piece turns, we are very proud to present the completed Made Manifesto
