Problems with digital immigration status?
Report it!

View this email in your browser

Dear fellow EU citizen,

Over a month ago, we at the3million expressed our dismay over the defeat of the amendment that would have given us a physical backup to our digital-only Settled Status.

We have thought long and hard about the next step, and we thought it would be very useful if people who experience problems proving their immigration status could report it.

Today, I am delighted to launch this online form at

The form can be used for:

  • Anybody who has problems proving their status, now or in the future;
  • Landlords, employers or other service providers who have struggled with getting proof of someone's immigration status.

By reporting your issue, you will help the3million monitor the situation so we can continue to make a strong case for EU citizens to be given a physical proof and shielded from discrimination.

The form takes about ten minutes and every submission can make a difference so please share keep this email safe in case you need to report a problem in the future.

It would be wonderful if you could share it with your European friends. All reported experiences will help us to make the system better.

European regards,

Nicolas Hatton is the CEO of the3million, the EU citizens' group.

We have re-opened the facemask shop

We've managed to produce another batch of our lovely limited edition Axel Scheffler EU OWLS facemasks in time for Christmas.

Orders received before 9 December will be shipped first class on 10th December and we will do one more shipment for orders received before 16th December on 17th December.

Order your facemasks here.

These masks have been lovingly and expertly handmade in the UK by Linda Spencer (pictured) and we hope they bring you joy - we have heard that the Italian police has been very impressed by the high quality when they spotted one of our supporters wearing one.

If you are struggling to think about making meaningful presents this year, we also recommend you give a copy of the new version of the In Limbo book, expertly grafted by Elena Remigi:
