New customer service location

On Tuesday 6 September, critical infrastructure in the City’s Administration Centre (241 Rokeby Road) was damaged in a fire; this means the building will likely be closed for some months.

To ensure continuity of service, customer service has been relocated to 19 Bishop Street, Jolimont for any in-person enquiries. There is ample free parking available on site. Online services continues to be available 24/7.

Mayor David McMullen said: “Closure of the Administration Centre has – and will continue to – cause inconvenience for many people. Our staff are working remotely and from alternative City locations to prioritise continuity of services to our community. Peoples' patience will be appreciated, if experiencing delays in coming days and weeks."

Due to the closure of the Admin Centre, we ask that you pay your rates through online services or at your local post office. You can also pay via credit card at our relocated customer service (19 Bishop Street) but we are unable to process EFTPOS at this time.

Subiaco Museum is currently closed

Due to the impacts of the fire in the City’s Admin Centre, Subiaco Museum is currently closed until Saturday 1 October. You can still explore the museum’s collection online.

Rokeby Road planter boxes

The planter boxes in the Rokeby Road median strip have been wrapped in historic photographs of the City of Subiaco. The City is seeking your feedback on the planter boxes through an online survey before 5pm Monday 21 November.

Daglish Local Heritage Survey

The City of Subiaco will be commencing a review of the Local Heritage Survey (LHS) of the Daglish Precinct. The LHS identifies places of cultural heritage significance. The Cultural Heritage Reference Group are now seeking members, submit an expression of interest before 5pm Sunday 25 September.
