"Building from the Outside In" | Poly-Vinyl + Acoustical Art | Our Designers Make Us Look Good
This email is a part of the Penny & Lucy Lou Art eBlast series that showcases our clients (the Interior Designers) that are hard at work making sure our art fits in the space and is appealing to their client(s).
What was your inspiration for the space? What is the space used for? New build or Renovation?
This was a renovation project of an existing multi-tenant building lobby. The building was acquired by a new owner and they desired to update the space to attract tenants to the existing vacancies, but needed help developing a vision for replacing the mauve wallpaper and dated tile and creating an energetic, exciting atmosphere for existing and potential tenants. SEED was inspired by the architecture of the exterior façade which is very geometric. Thankfully, behind the stud railing walls, we had a floating stair begging to be showcased. SEED recommended going back with a glass railing to create a more inviting and open feel, accent tile to add contrast, wood paneled walls, and all new furniture, artwork, and lighting to compliment the design inspiration.
