Our Outreach Office Depends on You!
Every Monday morning at 9 a.m. the Outreach Office finds out how much money they have for the week to help people with gas vouchers and utility shut-off notices. These funds come only from your Sunday donations and Thrift Shop sales. Especially during these summer months, donations have been low, and so we have repeatedly had to turn people away for lack of funds. Please remember to donate and shop at the Thrift Shop!

Sacred Arts Camp: Props Needed!

We need props for the drama we’re putting on: wand, witch crown, whip, goblet, candy box for Turkish Delight, burlap bag, swords, shield, bows and arrows, quiver, horn, small glass bottle (Lucy’s gift), daggers, white flag, ropes, wooden box for crowns, and 4 crowns. If you can donate any of these, please contact Brandon Fisher at brandon.fisher714@gmail.com. Thanks!
We still need volunteers of all ages to help with set construction, design, props, and publicity. If you have time, talent or enthusiasm to give, please see Mother Joyce or Brandon Fisher.

Mind the Gap!

Many thanks to those who are meeting and exceeding their pledge goals for 2016! We also appreciate our hardworking staff for keeping our operating expenses down. Still, our Year-to-Date pledge balance remains $14,000 below our budgeted annual projections. Recalling that our 2016 budget included a stretch goal of $17,000, we need to reach for that goal together! With an average Sunday attendance of over 150 people right now, if each and every person who attends Sunday service was to contribute an additional $114 this year, we could reach that goal. Please, consider helping us Mind the Gap!
