Summer Schedule

This Sunday we continue the 5 p.m. Sunday service with a meal in the parish hall and conclude with a contemporary Eucharist at 6 p.m.

Friday Night Movies

We would like to announce our first Movie Series: Against All Odds!

  July 8        A blackballed screenwriter strikes gold twice (2015) R
  August 12     A cloistered nun starts a whole new community serving the poorest of the poor (2014) PG

Movies start promptly at 7 p.m. in the parish hall. Childcare and snacks will be provided, and Mother Joyce will lead a short discussion after each movie.

Sacred Arts Camp (also known as VBS!)

We are hosting a Sacred Arts Camp August 15-19, 9 a.m. to noon. The camp will produce a play of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, with performances on August 20th & 21st. Tuition is $25 (scholarships available), and net proceeds benefit St. James' Outreach Program

We still need volunteers of all ages to help with set construction, design, props, and publicity! If you have time, talent or enthusiasm to give, please see Mother Joyce or Brandon Fisher.

Calendars, Announcements, and Newsletters

We want to hear you! To add information to the calendar, weekly announcements, or twice-monthly newsletter, please email or

The deadline for submissions is noon on Tuesday. We will review and edit all submission before publishing.

Thrift Shop Corner

The Thrift Shop will be closed Saturday, July 2nd, with weekly Saturday sales resuming July 9.

We designed new flyers! Please help us distribute them to local businesses, organizations, friends, and family. You can get flyers from Debby Klapperich or Dallas Shannon.

Donations continue to be needed. We especially could use everyday dishes and small appliances for the kitchen department. In jewelry, we need women's earrings (inexpensive costume type).
