MSQC Participants:
It is time to submit your MSQC 2022 QI Project and Tracking Sheet, which is due into the Coordinating Center no later than the close of business on Monday, January 16, 2023. The process is similar to last year, where your project documents will be submitted through a secure Qualtrics form.
When submitting your project, please use the following naming convention for your file attachment, with your site name displayed at the beginning of the file name and the specific project (hysterectomy, hernia, or CRC) indicated, as well. Without this file naming protocol, it will be difficult to distinguish one hospital’s file from another.

Note: You can only upload one file upon submission so if you have more than one file to submit, you can compile everything into a .zip file (click here for information regarding .zip file creation using Microsoft Windows) or embed your attachments into the project tracking sheet document.
