Looking forward to 2017
Our focus for 2017 is two fold. First we intend to deepen our engagement amongst our members. Our goal is to connect with as many people within our members as possible, spreading the word about the CHSA and our Accreditation Schemes. We'll do this through regional meetings, our newsletter and of course our hugely successful Gala Ball and Annual Golf Day.
Second we will engage further with end users, the companies and organisations which buy and use cleaning and hygiene products. We are going to build on the work we have already done to tell them about the CHSA and the Accreditation Schemes, making it clear that if they want to be certain they get what they pay for and that what's on the box is in the box they need to specify membership of the CHSA's Accreditation Schemes.
We are considering a range of activities to achieve these goals including sales support, engaging directly with FM and end user associations, exhibiting at key conferences and a targeted PR and advertising programme.
