Meet the CHLI Spring 2017 Global Leaders Interns & Fellows

Each semester the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) selects a number of students to intern in Congressional and Corporate offices in Washington D.C., as well as a recent Florida International University (FIU) graduate to work as the CHLI Communications and Marketing Fellow.

Dominique Espinoza

Dominique Espinoza is a recent graduate of Florida International University’s Honors College. Majoring in Psychology, Dominique has a passion for working with people, especially within the Hispanic/Latino community. Born in Machala, Ecuador, Dominique moved to the United States, by herself at the age of 14, in search for the American Dream. She hopes that her passion for public service will propel her into a career practicing immigration or educational law.
