Football and Turkey and Family - OH MY!

#10 Prepping days in advance
Most people begin about 3 days ahead to prep and cook every dish, thaw the turkey, etc… yet it takes about 30 minutes to eat! The math doesn’t work.
#9 Know where your turkey comes from
Not sure where the grocery store turkeys are raised, or how much sodium is in them? We get our turkeys from local farms so you can enjoy hand-carved white and dark meat, guilt-free.
#8 You’re not the best cook
What if you aren’t the best cook? It’s okay to admit it. Everybody remembers the dry turkey from the Christmas Vacation movie – no family should go through that.

#7 You would rather relax
Forget about being good or bad at cooking – what if you just want to relax instead? There’s no shame in that! If you’re most thankful for your family this season, and would rather spend time with them than over a hot stove- you deserve it! Let us do the hard work. Now your only job will be to eat, drink wine, nap, and watch football.
#6 No grocery shopping
The only leg work you need to do is call (48 hours in advance) and schedule pick up when it is most convenient for you. No more fighting for the last 16lb turkey, no standing in line for a baked ham. We’ve got you!

#5 You can have time for shopping
Black Friday shopping kicks off on Thanksgiving. Wouldn't you rather be out shopping for great deals?

#4 The cost is the same
The average cost of a Thanksgiving dinner is practically the same and you didn’t have to invest 3 days of cooking.
#3 No one will know! (unless you want them to)
All of our food is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, just like you would do in your own kitchen. Just transfer to your favorite serving dishes, and it’ll be our secret!
#2 Easy clean up
Goodbye to mounds of dirty dishes! With no pans to clean, you won’t have to fight over who does the clean up.
#1 You just really love fresh , tasty food—no muss no fuss!
Innovative Gourmet offers delicious full service or delivered catering. Don’t spend your day cooking, take the time to enjoy your family and friends and let us do the work!

5 minutes
10 minutes
15 minutes
A delicious twist on classic cranberry sauce bursting with flavor!

Serves: makes 2 cups
1 bag (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
 1 cup pomegranate juice
 1/4 cup orange juice
 1 cup brown sugar
 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 pinch of salt and pepper
  • In a medium saucepan, mix together all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature.
  • Serve with turkey, pork, or even mixed into plain yogurt for a healthy dip!
You can make this up to a week ahead of time and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Reward, Motivate and Thank Your Employees
In terms of motivating employees, rewards can play a crucial factor. Monetary recognition is, of course, an effective method of rewarding staff. But, if bonuses aren’t an option or you can only afford to pay out relatively small windfalls, then throwing a holiday party may be a better use of funds and an effective way to say thank you.
Engage Your Staff
The value in enjoying the festive season with colleagues in a more personable environment shouldn’t be underestimated. It’s the time of year that you get the chance to truly reward them for their input and engage them with business objectives for the year ahead.
Create a Rapport
Creating an environment that relieves work stress and relaxes inhibitions can help employees to interact with colleagues and superiors as people and not just co-workers.
And-it ‘ll help everyone work better as a team.
Keep Spirits Bright
For businesses on a smaller budget, something as simple as holding an end-of-year team meeting with a nice meal can really make a difference. It will keep spirits up at the end of a busy work year in a relaxed and fun environment and instill positivity for the year ahead.
It Doesn’t Have to Cost a Lot
Innovative Gourmet can tailor a menu to fit your specific tastes and budget. From a great buffet to a sit down dinner or a fantastic lunch, we do it all. And--our Express Menu offers fantastic sandwiches, wraps, tasty desserts and fabulous hot entrees.
