During last year we trialled a new system that monitors the hardware and software of computers and servers. After using the new system monitoring software at several sites for 4 months, it has proven to be very effective and really good value. This enables us for instance, to see if hardware might fail or if the backup has not been successful, and for us to fix or discuss a remedy with the customer.
In addition, at a similar cost to what you are already paying, we are able to replace your ‘Antivirus’ software installed on each workstation / server with one that is integrated with the monitoring.
We also offer web protection so you can control and monitor the websites your staff are going onto. In 2016, 24% of ransomware was delivered by URL, so this feature will automatically block known websites that cause viruses, helping to keep your computers safe.
