Transferring Orders
New Equinox Feature
Have you ever finished a sales order, only to realise you chose the wrong account?  No problem! This new feature allows the order to be transferred to another customer for dispatch and invoice with only a few clicks!

Extension to 'Last Price Paid'
New Equinox Feature
The 'last price' button has been improved so that not only can you instantly see the price that was last paid  or quoted for the product, you are now also able to view the customer’s price history for both their invoices AND quotations at a glance.

Inserting or appending into quotations
New Equinox Feature
When entering or amending quotations, a new facility allows users to choose whether a product line should be inserted at the position of the cursor or appended to the bottom as usual, to ensure that the order of the products on the quotation are laid out exactly how you desire.

Branch to Branch Ordering System

Are you using this feature?
In the situation where one branch is ordering goods internally from another, previously, the supplying branch had to manually create a ‘branch order’ to dispatch the goods.  This has been upgraded so that the supplying ‘branch order’ is created automatically on the system once the purchase order is raised by the ordering branch.  The products required only need to be entered once, at the purchase order stage.  This reduces errors and saves time.  Users at the supplying branch are notified automatically from within Equinox that a new 'branch order' needs to be processed.
All of the above features will become available on your next upgrade or can be implemented earlier for a small cost. Please contact us if you require any further information.  

System Monitoring
During last year we trialled a new system that monitors the hardware and software of computers and servers. After using the new system monitoring software at several sites for 4 months, it has proven to be very effective and really good value. This enables us for instance, to see if hardware might fail or if the backup has not been successful, and for us to fix or discuss a remedy with the customer. 
In addition, at a similar cost to what you are already paying, we are able to replace your ‘Antivirus’ software installed on each workstation / server with one that is integrated with the monitoring.
We also offer web protection so you can control and monitor the websites your staff are going onto. In 2016, 24% of ransomware was delivered by URL, so this feature will automatically block known websites that cause viruses, helping to keep your computers safe.
We would like to see all our customers signing up to this new facility as many failures could be averted.
