AMHO's Monthly Newsletter - February 2018
Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) and Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario (CMHA Ontario) are joining forces to call on political parties to commit to urgently-needed investments in mental health and addictions care.

To help influence the June 7, 2018 provincial election, AMHO has released Where Change Happens, an action plan that calls for new investments in mental health and addiction in the community so Ontarians can access care, when and where they need it the most. (Read highlights of Where Change Happens).

Meanwhile, more than 6,800 Ontarians have added their name to CMHA Ontario’s petition, which calls for mental health and addictions care to receive equal funding to physical care. Visit erasethedifference.ca and sign the petition. Join thousands of Ontarians in letting provincial candidates know that it’s time to invest #wherechangehappens and #erasethedifference.

Thanks to all of our AMHO members for joining our call to action on social media last week. If you haven't already, make sure to check out Where Change Happens, and sign the petition at erasethedifference.ca
