As we prepare for the March 6 ctcLink go-live date, we are offering self-paced online classes in Canvas to familiarize you with the new system. We ask that all classified staff to take the following courses:
Additionally, if you travel for work purposes, please take:
- ES 100 HCM Employee Self-Service
Follow the instructions below to sign up for these courses:
- EX 100 Travel & Expenses: Traveler/General User
Enter the email address that you use for Canvas, and click “Verify My Account.”
- Click this link: https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/ctclink/ctclink-training-registration.aspx
- Select Olympic College from the list of colleges in the menu on the right side of the page.
Select the courses (listed above).
Scroll to the bottom of the list of classes and click “Sign Me Up!”

- You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen directing you to log on to Canvas to review the course materials.
