BREATH: INSPIRE/EXPIRE
Virtual symposium (20 Oct - 13 Nov, 2020)

Events in Week 1

On Thursday 22 October 2020, go online to experience the powerful poetry of UPHILE CHISALA in “The healing journey and poetry”. A second workshop lead by MICHAL GEORGE called “Gateways to Presence (Mindfulness in the time of COVID)” will take place from 10h00 to 12h00.

On Friday 23 October 2020, BONGI BHENGU’s new creative work “The healing power of breath and mediation visualised” will be online. Alongside this work, have a look at RENEÉ VAN DER WIEL’s creative work called “Resuscitation fascination: Ethnographic reflections with Covid 19 recalibration”.
