Organic fruit & vegetables are higher in phytochemicals which are compounds naturally occurring in plant foods. Organically grown produce however contains more of these phytochemicals than regular produce because they have to work harder to fend off insects. One company in Perth to look for is The Organic Collective based south of the river. You might like to check my organics list of other places near you for your supplies.

Yeast-Free Multiseed Sour Dough Rustic  
Commercially made gluten free bread may contain dairy food and/or soy flour or chickpea flour. I have found that some people have intolerances or reactions to these ingredients. The Strange Grains Bakery gluten-free bread range is the best gluten-free bread I have found as yet and it is made in Perth. This particular loaf is my favourite from their range of 15+ breads. Definitely worth looking on their website for your closest stockist.

How to Maximise Your Sleep Quality
Sleep, or at least good quality sleep, can be elusive for many people and one of the most frustrating issues for them. During sleep your body repairs and alkalises. It's an essential part of good health and brain health. It can be a good idea to take a look at your sleep hygiene practices. Are you doing all you can to sleep well?

Poached Chicken Waldorf
I love poached chicken and the secret is not to overcook it. I use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature to be sure it's cooked through but not overcooked. 
You could also use cold roasted free-range or organic chicken instead if you like.
