The Directorate Children and Young People (DCYP) have put together a downloadable resource aimed at Service families and welfare staff as well as professionals within schools and local authorities. The Service Complaints Ombudsman for the Armed Forces provides independent and impartial oversight of the Service complaints system. The Ombudsman’s first Annual Report has now been laid in Parliament. You can read the report in full here.

WRNS 100 Commemorative Appeal
To celebrate 100 since years since the formation of the Women's Royal Naval Service (WRNS) and women serving in the Royal Navy, the WRNS 100 Project is asking for donations towards the cost of a very special carved commemorative stone to be dedicated at a Centenary Celebratory Service in Portsmouth. The Annington Challenge
Since the summer of 2012, Annington Trust has sponsored over 90 young people from Service families on Outward Bound adventure courses in Scotland, England and Wales. Each individual was offered the chance to excel at tasks not previously experienced, and gain confidence in their own ability.
