Person Centered Definition
At PCL, our goal is to be a great provider of person-centered services, great place to work, great partner to our families, communities, and stakeholders, and a great steward of our resources. Each year our Board identifies goals, or Key Result Areas for us to achieve. These key result areas and indicators of success drive improvement agency-wide to help us in being a healthy and smart organization.
For the Key Result Area - Great Provider of Person Centered Services, we have been working on the following indicator of success, “The spirit of person centered services is universally acknowledged and understood throughout all service elements of PCL.” One way to achieve this indicator is by having a value statement and common definition of person centered services, terms, values, and expectations that are embedded into our culture through updated processes and trainings.
