In February 2014 when the curtains parted at the uber cool Hotel Hotel in Canberra, it was the first hotel in Australia to go live with Intelity ICE. Two years on and ICE has become a major selling feature of the hotel and estimates that 70% of guests use the technology at some point during a stay.
