A Fraternal Organization

(419) 447-2818

Established September 12, 1888

Hope this finds everyone healthy and safe!

The lodge will hold an installation of officer meeting on Thursday, May 7th at 8pm. Our only order of business will be to install the new officers and discuss any plans for reopening the club and the restrictions that will be in place.

Saturday, May 2nd we will open for Build a Burger!!!!!!  Carry out only from 4pm – 7pm. We will have a menu posted and you will be able to call and place an order for pick up.

Looking for something to do on Sunday Nights? The Elks is starting a golf fun night at Clinton Heights. Tee times will be between 5:30 and 6 every week. This is open to all members and friends of all ages and skill levels. Please check the flyer for details.

Thanks to the 140 or so members who have already submitted your dues for the 20/21 year. Once we reopen you should be using the new yellow card to gain entry to the club. If you have not received your notice, please notify our secretary or me so we can get that information to you.

Please continue to support our local business especially those who are members of the order. The Lodge asks for their continued support throughout the year, now is a good time to assist them!

Membership is the life of our club. Without your participation and promotion, we would not exist. We are always looking for new friends to join the order. Life is more interesting with more new friends.

Forever in Elkdom,
Chuck Jones, Exalted Ruler

Hello fellow Elks -

I am happy to be serving our lodge as Secretary this year. This will be my third year as an officer and I am looking forward to working with the board and trustees and hopeful that we will be able to gather at the lodge soon.  I wish you and your family good health as we continue navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Respectfully Yours,
Jennifer Kahler, Secretary

Dear Elk Brothers & Sisters.
Hope you are all coping well and staying safe during this episode of The Twilight Zone we are living through. Be assured we will be ready for your visit and happy to see you when things open up in the near future. We are not sitting idle and are actively planning future activities and meals. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide a formal calendar of upcoming events until we get the green light to open. However, Build-A-Burger Lives!

When we reopen it will still be a mix of volunteer bartenders. If you have an interest in helping in this capacity reach out to a trustee so we can get you trained.
One of the most important fundraisers of the year for your Elks is the Gun Raffle. It may sound a bit premature to talk about an event that is held in November but forward planning is key to success. We are looking for a volunteer(s) to put together a committee and spearhead this event. We want to get a earlier start and increase the events visibility. Reach out to the trustees if interested and lets plan how we can maximize this opportunity.
If you are interested in becoming more involved with your Elks, there are many needs at the both Lodge or Club level. We welcome and encourage your involvement.
Enjoy the Spring weather, stay safe, God Bless and we will see you soon.

Respectfully Yours,
Anne Clouse, Tyler Shuff, Chris Corgan, Nate Lofay, Bill Nordholt
