TIFFIN ELKS

A Fraternal Organization

B.P.O.E LODGE 94

TIFFIN, OHIO
(419) 447-2818

Established September 12, 1888

GREETINGS FROM YOUR EXALTED RULER

Starting off the month right with Lodge meeting.  Thursday, September 1st we had 3 new lucky individuals who have chosen to join the brotherhood.  All members are encouraged to attend initiation nights to welcome our new members.

We have decided to volunteer our lot to The Heritage Festival so that the German Village will have a space for the weekend.  Our lot will close Thursday night after we close the club and will remain closed until Sunday afternoon.  The club will be open Friday and Saturday starting at 4pm to stop by and enjoy the weekends festivities.

We still have roughly 30 delinquent members on the roll.  Please try to get in the club and pay your dues soon!

Special Thanks to Tom Gerschutz for installing a new door on the patio gate.  Great improvement to our outside patio access!

Thanks to all who donated, participated, and volunteered at this year’s golf tournament.  We were delayed a little due to rain, which cost us some participants, but the day turned our great for the club!

We are now in full Gun Raffle fundraising time.  This is the biggest money maker for the Lodge outside of dues.  We need your help to make this event successful.  If you didn’t get your tickets please reach out and we will get you some.  October will be here soon!

Forever in Elkdom,

Chuck Jones, Exalted Ruler

FROM THE SECRETARY

Thank you to everyone who got their dues in by April 1st!  If you haven't paid yet, there is still some time left.
  • Pay online here
  • Mail a check for $115 to 106 E Perry St Tiffin, OH
  • Come see us at the bar and have a drink. You can pay your bartender with cash or credit card.
Also, if you are receiving your Elks magazine in the mail and you would rather get it in email format, please reply to this email and we can switch your delivery method.  We are hoping to save a few trees.

We have started a new Facebook group that you are all invited to join.  This group is private and will only be visible to elks members.  We started it to add one more method of communication for the club.  We will still continue to send out emails as communication as well.  To find the group, please click on the 3 lines on the bottom right corner of your Facebook app, then click on groups.  There will be a magnifying glass in the top right corner, click on that and type in "Tiffin Elks Members Only" and search. There will be a "join" button.  An admin will then accept your request and you will be able to see our posts.
Please reach out to me if you have any issues.

Respectfully Yours,
Nicole Miller, Secretary
