Dear Fellow Elk,
2020 has been a tough year for lots of people, homes and businesses including our club. Our annual gun raffle is less then a month away on October 17. We are looking forward to this essential event which will be held at the club with the following guidelines.
Club capacity will be reduced to 120 people. Sixty up, sixty down on a first come first serve basis. You must have purchased a ticket to be admitted. Everyone will be asked to wear a mask when not seated. We will have servers to bring your meals/drinks to your table. Seats and tables will be socially distanced. We are also in need of volunteers for this event. Please contact an officer or trustee.
We’ve been working hard to sell tickets and we greatly appreciated what you’ve done so far. We distributed 4600 tickets and we have sold 14.4% of those. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!.
We have a long way to go to make this event successful and we are making a BIG PUSH to sell the remaining tickets. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SELL, SELL, SELL.
