Term 1 Programs 

The Muddy Puddles team is excited to launch our group therapy programs for 2019.  All groups will start back in the second week of term.   To register your child's interest in joining one of our group programs, please follow the links below.


Our Early Intervention Group, Jump-in will return on Monday 11 February 2019, starting at 9.30am.  This group is for 3-5 year olds.

Songbirds is a music therapy program for 0-3 year olds and their parents/carers.  The program will be held on Thursdays from 10.30am, starting 14 February 2019.

Spark is our social skills group program for junior primary ages (6-8 yrs).  This program starts at 3.30pm on Mondays, commencing 11 February 2019.

Connect is social skills group program for senior primary ages.  Our program encourages social interaction and collaborative play.  This program starts Monday 11 February at 4.30pm.

Vibes is our music group program for primary ages (previously Shake it off!).   The program will run in Batemans Bay on Wednesdays and Moruya on Thursdays.

The Girl Campaign

Kimberli Eke from The Girl Campaign is partnering with Muddy Puddles to offer this 8 week program during term 1.  Sessions will be at Muddy Puddles from 4pm on Tuesdays.

Gourmet is the new name for our Cooking Club which we will be offering twice per week during term 1.  Our Monday group is aimed at young people who haven't tried our cooking club before, while our Tuesday session is for young people returning from last year.  Each session will run from 4pm till 6pm at Muddy Puddles.

Our group music therapy program, Soundwaves, returns in term 1 on Wednesdays from 4.30pm at Muddy Puddles.  This program helps teens to build confidence, knowledge and friendships whilst exploring relevant topics.  No prior music experience is necessary.

Our drama therapy program, Snaphot, will be run at Muddy Puddles on Tuesdays from 3.30pm  The program is for primary ages, allowing each young person to enter the world of imagination, symbol, dramatic play and drama.

Kick Start

Kick Start provides a great way for young people to work on their physical and mental fitness.  The program will be held in Moruya at 3.30pm Wednesdays starting 13 February.

Our transition to High School group will continue during term 1.  Stretch is supporting young people who are starting High School in 2019 and will be held at Batemans Bay High School on Thursdays from 3.30pm.

Graze is an independence building and social group for young people meeting on the first Saturday each month.  We will meet at Muddy Puddles before heading out to a new social activity chosen by the young people.

This year Muddy Puddles will be starting a Youth Advocacy Group (YAG).  Young people joining this group will learn how to advocate for their rights and the rights of others.  The first group will be held in February, date and time to be advised.
