Hundreds of thousands of people from all over the country marched on Washington today, united around a single purpose: defending life.
And, for the first time in a while, I am happy to say that the House, the Senate, and now the White House are united around that same purpose.
On his first full day in office, President Trump renewed President Reagan’s Mexico City policy—which bans taxpayer money from funding abortions abroad.
This week, the House passed H.R. 7, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, which makes the Hyde Amendment permanent, and bans taxpayer money from funding abortions here at home.
This is truly a new dawn for the unborn and for those women and men who defend them. We will not stop fighting until every life is protected under the law.
