HOOPLA COMING SOON!

On April 1, 2020, Bridges Library System and member libraries will launch a trial of hoopla media service for patrons. This limited-time trial will offer patrons four media downloads a month per cardholder. Users will have access to all available media on hoopla, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies, music, comic books, and TV shows.

The Friends of the Library book sales would not be possible without donations! Donations of books, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs are accepted during normal Library hours.

CENSUS CORNER

Watch the mail for your invitation from the 2020 Census March 12-20. Once you receive that invitation, you can respond online, by phone, or by mail.
The Library will have computers available for public use in completing the census.
 

WEBSITE SURVEY

The Library website, oconomowoclibrary.org, is a much-used resource for staff and patrons alike. A variety of tasks can be completed from the home page including searching the catalog, program and event details, research resources, and more. Redesigning the website is a goal in the Library's 2020 Business Plan.

A Pabst Mansion View

The Pabst name is well known in Milwaukee (and Oconomowoc) and the Pabst Mansion is certainly one of Milwaukee's Victorian jewels. The presentation will focus on the Pabst family, Milwaukee at the turn-of-the-century, the Pabst Brewing Company, and the Pabst Mansion. 
Fiber Arts Circle
