“A quiet secluded life in the country, with the possibility of being useful to people to whom it is easy to do good, and who are not accustomed to have it done to them; then work which one hopes may be of some use; then rest, nature, books, music, love for one's neighbor — such is my idea of happiness.” ~ Leo Tolstoy

A Note from the Library Director
Dear Friends,

Summer is here at last! I hope you will join us for many of our special events this summer -- there is something for everyone, as you will see when you peruse this newsletter. This year's summer reading theme is "Libraries Rock!" And the library rocks because of you! When you check out books, movies, magazines, music and more; when you attend library events; when you tell a friend about the library or share a library post on Facebook -- all those things you do make the library the rockin' place it is. Thank you! I hope to see you this summer!

Yours in Reading,
Betsy Bleck, Library Director
