Missing Middle scale housing, public comment period ends today (5/22)
Guidelines, draft link & other info below

The City of Minneapolis is requesting feedback on its proposed Missing Middle Housing Pilot Program guidelines. The program's goal is to increase development of 3 to 20-unit residential housing in Minneapolis by providing financing.

Here is a three-page PDF of the proposed guidelines, and a recent Southwest Journal article on the topic.

More information, including instructions for commenting via email, can be found on the city's Missing Middle Pilot Program website.

This scale of housing could include cohousing, so if you have a moment, take a look and consider commenting.
