Grand Opening!

#Unitecloud is proud to present our Green Card Voices Exhibit to Central Minnesota, coming to Whitney senior Center on Friday, January 5, 2018, 4pm – 6pm. The St.Cloud Times recently published a wonderful article about the exhibit's upcoming opening.

More details
Can't make it to the grand opening? The exhibit will be up at Whitney Senior Center for the remainder of January as well - check it out during their open hours! To view the exhibit schedule and find more information about how to bring the exhibit to a town near you, visit the Green Card Voices Exhibit part of our website.
We need your help! Our 2017 fundraiser is soon coming to a close. We've raised nearly $3,000 from local contributors - that puts us over 25% of the way to our goal of $10,000. Haven't given yet? That's okay, you still have 11 days to give love. Don't forget your contribution is tax deductible! If you'd rather give via check, you can send it to: 232 2nd Ave N, Waite Park, MN 56387.

Spotted in St. Cloud

Similar signs have been placed around our community. At this point, spotting signs like this here aren't surprising, since it happens now on the regular. They are, however, still extremely disturbing. We must be diligent in letting everyone know that refugees are welcome here!

I Have Your Answer

Yes, asking questions is one of the important steps of learning - but, finding the answer is also very important. When we get an answer for a question we have been curious about...

But, Natalie, Muslims Are Inbred

What We're Reading
"A Place at the Table" contains 84 recipes from 54 countries. Best part: all recipes were submitted by St. Cloud residents as part of a wider project exploring the city's heritage! That effort, funded with a grant from the Morgan Family Foundation, included art classes exploring styles and techniques coming from various cultures. Cookbooks are available for $15 at the Paramount Center for the Arts box office or Gallery.
