Dear Friends,

We step the mat to find balance, strength and grace. The best thing we can do is to keep practicing and connecting to ourselves and living our Satya (truth). Have the courage to let go of the negativity even if it feels unfamiliar! I pray that you hold yourself in the highest light and hear the voice that inspires you!

Om Shanti Peace!
Mary Ann
