Taking another trip around the sun! I am 55... WOW. I have had to re-check my drivers license, lol! Always, but most especially today, I am extremely grateful for my family, friends, teachers, community, doctors, and my beauty, fitness and wellness team!

When you get up, have a glass of water on your nightstand and chug it down before you do anything. Keep refilling it, and drink as much as you can. GOAL: Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day. My go-to water is Mountain Valley in glass (never plastic!).
Even 5-10 minutes can help ease anxiety and thoughts that flood our heads. Deep breathing is great for the lungs as well. If you can't sit quietly, try a guided meditation, Calm app, or do something that makes you feel grounded like gardening, journaling, etc.
Move. Stretch, take a walk, ride a bike, dance... any movement you enjoy for at least 20 minutes! This will energize you, stimulate cells and lymphatic system, increase blood circulation, release endorphins, and set you up for a wonderful day!.
Manage to do something for YOURSELF every day. A DYI facial mask, a luxurious soak in a bath, a foot or body massage, or try some face yoga. Whatever makes you feel good!
