Dear Friend,

Love is in the air, and this month (well, every month) I encourage you to practice self love. There are simple things you can do to nourish yourself and bring your life into balance. Take time to unplug and enjoy your natural surroundings, like sitting on the beach and letting the sound of the waves relax you. Try something new, read a book, sign up for a class, enjoy healthy foods and drinks that make you feel good, surround yourself with positive people and make all choices with truth and love. Create daily rituals that honor yourself, and watch your life transform!

I'm so excited to share several events coming up that support self love. Join me at Bloomingdale's at lunchtime this Wednesday for Ask The Wellness Expert. If you've set new year's health and wellness goals, now is a great time to see where you are at and make sure you are on track. I personally know all the participants, and they are truly awe inspiring!

And speaking of awe, I was beyond surprised and honored to be asked by lululemon Boca Raton to be one of their Ambassadors! Of course I said YES!!! (Watch video!) One of my first opportunities as an ambassador is to teach at Camp Yoga next month, a camp for adults! Check it out below!

With much love,
Mary Ann

Summer camp for adults! Camp Yoga mixes your inner way-back play-back camp-life kids' favorite activities with, you know, mature things that appeal to your adult self. Think cabins, bunk beds, rock climbing and archery meets live music, DJ raves and wine tasting – all topped off with mind-blowing yoga and fitness classes taught by Florida's top instructors.
Featured Pose
Standing Pose (Tadasana): Stand at the front of the mat in Tadasana with your hands at the heart in prayer. Place your feet hip distance apart. Close your eyes and shift your weight slightly forward and slightly back to the left and to the right. Really feel where the weight is distributed over and between your feet. We rely greatly on our eyes for balance but releasing the sight is a valuable lesson as balance is primarily about feeling in your body. Give yourself room to feel, yoga is not a perfect practice!
