I am still floating on a wave of gratitude from so many wonderful events last month!!!

We came together as a community during the 4th Annual Bloomingdale's GO Pink! Event benefitting the Tutu Project and Marisa Acocella. Bloomingdale's has donated nearly $12 million overall to breast cancer awareness, and I am SO proud to be part of that! Bloomingdale's also hosted a Womaze discussion... Serving on the panel with Michelle Maros, along with Womaze founders Becca and Hannah Wiser, was a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend the Womaze app, a toolbox for anyone seeking guidance, inspiration, and support!

Teaching the Yin Yoga class with so many amazing souls at Gravity + Oxygen in support of the League of Ribbons Fund for Lynn Cancer Institute patients was incredibly gratifying. Off the mat, I'm still processing all the teachings and chantings I learned from Judy Weaver's teacher, David Mliotis, during teacher training at Yoga South. What an honor! And the special evening with Rebecca Rosen was very inspirational, such a blessing to have her in our community!

I am truly grateful to each and every one of you for always inspiring me on and off the mat... Thank you!

Yoga - Featured Pose

Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle) is a full body pose that opens, stretches and strengthens the whole body. Keep your heels on one line, press the outer edge of your back foot into the mat, engage your back thigh. Keeping the leg straight and strong, pull your hip in and under so you can stack your torso on top of your thigh, keep your heels, hips and head all on one line.
