Happy New Year <<First Name>>!

I HONOR each and everyone I know during this season of life – it’s not an easy time and there are so many decisions to be made. My prayer for you is to:

  • Make decisions that are in alignment with what is best for you and what will ultimately serve you in the best way,
  • Give yourself space to be human,
  • Look at ways to make a difference and,
  • Stay consistent with practices that make you feel good and elevated!

Yoga Journey

EVENINGS: Mon at 6:00-7:30pm
MORNINGS: Tues-Fri at 9:15-10:30am

Online and In-Studio. NOTE: In-Studio classes limited to 12. Register for classes at Registration closes 30 minutes before class begins – please sign up early! Online classes available for 24 hours. :)

Practice:  Revolving Half Moon Pose

Engage both legs and lift extended leg and flex foot. Lightly place fingers on the floor or yoga blocks, twist towards standing leg. Lift arm on standing leg side, engage core to support lower back, and twist! Benefits: Strengthens both legs, lower back and gluteal muscles on raised leg side.
