Practice: Revolving Half Moon Pose
Engage both legs and lift extended leg and flex foot. Lightly place fingers on the floor or yoga blocks, twist towards standing leg. Lift arm on standing leg side, engage core to support lower back, and twist! Benefits: Strengthens both legs, lower back and gluteal muscles on raised leg side.
