Dear <<First Name>>,

I'm sending this out earlier than usual because there are so many amazing events happening this weekend! Tomorrow is Yoga 4B at the Wyndham Hotel, and Sunday is the Summer Yoga Challenge benefiting Connected Warriors at Yoga South. I’m honored to lead the meditation for both events, and hope you will join me! Scroll down for details.

Next weekend on Saturday, October 4, I’m excited to once again lead a yoga class at Bloomingdale's 4th Annual Go Pink Event benefiting The Carey Foundation and the Marisa Acocella Foundation. So excited to have DJ SalJaret Brooks and Laura Hedges in the house with me... More details and sign up info below!

On Sunday, October 28 Rebecca Rosen will be in our community. I set the intention to have Rebecca come to South Florida, and it happened!!! My friend Kimmie Wechel asked me if I'd be interested in helping her with an event with one of her college friends, who happened to be Rebecca Rosen!  I’m like OMG, no way?! Something I learned from Dr.Wayne Dyer: As you place more and more energy on what you intend to manifest, you’ll start seeing those intentions materializing. Rebecca truly is so gifted, and I have been so inspired by her teachings! You can find all the details on her event below.

To me, the best part of Yoga is that it's a lifelong process that we’re all in together! When we are able to look without judgement, we start to see clearly. From that we begin to get clear in our purpose.

With much love and light,
Mary Ann
