Happy July and happy 40th birthday to me! I celebrated with a small dinner party and a very large cake, and it was truly perfect. For the first time, all of my three children are away at sleepaway camp. I had expected something of a Girls Gone Wild summer, but ultimately it’s more Author Gone Tired. I’m busy working on my next book, MOST LIKELY, and promoting LAST SUMMER AT THE GOLDEN HOTEL, which is in its 4th printing after less than two months.
