What's under-boring?

What about a Foucauldian Panopticon?

Don't know? Neither did we, until we leaned in for a chat with Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the Australian National University, Professor Marnie Hughes-Warrington. Marnie is not only one of the most senior uni-peeps in the uni, she is also over-seeing a quarter of a billion (yes, billion) bucks worth of mega-construction on our own fair campus.

And he qualifications? Well history and philosophy, naturally.

In this outrageously interesting chat with Marnie, we found out how the best people in the world to work with major change and construction simply have to be philosophers. It's true. Listen here and be convinced.

Also listen to find out about under-boring. And Foucault. And the philosopher's pause. and, and, and...

Earthworkish regards,
Rod'n'Will
