You know how you've been wondering how you're gonna win that bet about who founded social epistemology?
Well, The Wholesome Show's got your back. Cos we just had a beer with him.
It's true - we just had a brain-blazingly interesting yack with Prof Steve Fuller, the Auguste Comte Chair in Social Epistemology at the University of Warwick. If there's a book out there on this stuff, Steve wrote it. And a bunch of other books, too. In fact, his latest one "Post-Truth: Knowledge As A Power Game' is his 23rd.
This is a guy who can suggest to Mark Zuckerberg that he "Go Popperian on this" and it makes sense. OK, it will, but only if you listen in here.
Steve's not only a smart bahstahd, he's funny as well. Have an earball: your think meat will thank you!
Epistemically Sound Regards,
PS - did you should catch our special live-show ep last week? It stars a bunch of citizen science folks we beered with recently. There's more going on in that space than you realise...
