BAR / RESTAURANT AVAILABLE NOW FOR LEASE

AVAILABLE FOR LEASE: Bar space (1st floor) and office space (2nd floor) at 1432 Pennsylvania Avenue SE.

Conveying with a "Tavern" liquor license that does not require food sales, the fully built bar operated for 10 years prior to its closing in 2020, with an eclectic sophistication resulting from its conversion from historic building to a Capitol Hill cocktail bar, embracing its history by incorporating brick bays into seating areas.

TOO GOOD TO GO PARTNERS WITH DC BUSINESSES

Good To Go, the world’s #1 app for fighting food waste, has officially launch in Washington, DC! The app connects grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and cafes to customers, ensuring the delicious, surplus food from these eateries isn’t thrown away.

District Soul Food and Valor Brewpub have already partnered and Good To Go is looking for more interested businesses!

Customers reserve a Surprise bag from a participating location then head to the store during the pick-up window, which is based on each location’s closing time. The contents of each Surprise Bag vary daily, giving stores the flexibility to adjust based on how much surplus there is at the end of each day.
