Conference Update

By general consensus, this year's Integra Conference delivered the most value to attendees since its inception. Attendees explored innovative ways peer pharmacies are using Integra products, gained knowledge about industry trends, learned about upcoming features, earned C.E. credits, and had a little fun in the process.

“The Integra Conference is a must attend event for us as product users. This year, we decided to send some key players from all areas of our operation, from IT to Project Management. Each attendee was able to identify key take-aways that save us valuable time so we are better able to care for our patients," said Angela Lindberg, Business Psychology Professional at Midwest Medical.

It may only happen once or twice a year, but fax failures can derail a pharmacy. No matter what causes the failure, interruptions in a pharmacy's fax service are bad for business and bad for customers. In their search for a better fax solution, Senior Care Pharmacy turned to Integra.

"The first time we heard Integra had a cloud fax solution we jumped at it," said Cliff Hunt, Chief Information Officer at Senior Care. "We have had zero downtime...There were four times in the past three years when we had connection issues, but customers noticed no issues because ICF (Integra Cloud Fax) failed over...everything operated as normal."

"From a customer standpoint, they've not seen any interruptions," said Matt Hayden, Executive Director at Senior Care. "I honestly don't know when the last downtime or faxing complaint we had was."

Support Notice: Window's XP End of Life
Integra recommends any clients with Window’s XP or Window’s Server 2003 clients to migrate to a newer operating system Windows 7+ or Microsoft Server 2008 R2+. Microsoft no longer provides security updates for Window’s XP or Window’s Server 2003 operating systems and considers these operating systems unsecure and at high risk for infection.

Integra has supported DocuTrack on Window’s XP for three years after Microsoft ended support for the operating system to help our clients in their migration path. DocuTrack version 6.6 will be the last release that supports Window’s XP and Window’s Server 2003.
