Hi All, 

I realise I haven't been in touch with you for a while, and as I have been working on some ways of supporting people to reconnect at this time of remote working and physical distance. I thought it would be good to practice this myself and reach out to connect with you. 

While 2020 has indeed bought many challenges for all of us I have seen others and undertaken a great deal of personal growth and re-alignment of what is important to us. This has started to shape the reality of how I am experiencing the new situation. In among existential doubt about the future, I have also taken this time to utilise a decade of experience and focus on helping my clients navigate through cultural change and the challenges we all face to working remotely. My mission is solely on helping my clients to practice a better, more connected way of operating so that we can build a society that truly thrives. 

I have recognised a need to guide and help organisations through this process and offer a solution to feel more connected in this digital world, which is why I am so excited to share with you the details of my new online workshop launching today! 


Facilitating Online Workshop

The aim of the course is to help organisations who are having to adapt and move towards working remotely. It will suit those who are either running programmes or are looking to improve the way they run meetings. 

Who can take part?
Calling all Facilitators, Managers and Leaders. If your organisation is having to adapt and innovate a lot more, but delivering  that through an online platform is proving to be much more challenging, then this is the course for you . 

How is it going to work?
It will be a 4 week programme, which will include 6 live sessions on zoom. These sessions will allow you to take part interactively, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, work with peers on the same learning journey, and of course test the new methods and techniques you have gained along the way. Alongside this you will have access to a library of online resources to use with your teams. 

When does it start? 
Access to the course is from 1st October 2020 with live sessions scheduled through the month, access to me for support and questions through the whole of October and access to the resources for life (which keep being added to as we go along) 

How do I know this is right for me? 
Do you want to make remote meetings more interesting, create better outcomes and help connect people at a time where they might be feeling disconnected from the team? This course aims to create a space for people to open up and talk about their concerns on this new way of working. You will join a virtual group that will offer you support throughout the journey, and have the opportunity to network and connect with like minded peers. Together we will find a way to bring your whole self to remote working!

I ran a few versions of this course for organisations over the summer and the feedback has been fantastic:
