Bridging the Gap 
Believe in a better way

We are moving swiftly towards the end of 2020 and what a year it's been! With hope and optimism in our hearts we may be thinking of next year and what we are going to focus on. 

Coming back to the present, as I write this we are witnessing another change in the seasons from Autumn to Winter and as the tree dies back and nourishes its roots, this is the perfect time to do work with your team.  

By measuring  where you are and discovering the best of what your roots bring. Taking this time to reflect on the year and asking , what do you want to take away from it, and what do you want to let go of?  There is a balance to be found between thinking about the future but also reconnecting your team or organisation as a group. 
If you are unsure as to how you will come back better in 2021, I invite you to join me to realign your purpose and uncover the courage to practice in a better more connected way. 

Throughout December, January and February I will be offering practical solutions which will help you develop a strategy that will be inclusive, engaging, and can reduce frustration and friction in teams. These solutions will be delivered in 2 ways: 

Strategy Camp 

A facilitated, online or in person, winter camp for your team over one or two days.  

Outcomes will include 

  • Renewing your connection with others in your team - it’s been a tough old year for relationships
  • Developing your 12 months priorities for the year ahead, both for the business and team development to unlock potential.
  • It will give you a clear idea of what to work on in the first quarter and a  process that you can run yourself to navigate successfully through the year.  
What is included: 
  • Preparation and follow on support via my online platform to help hold you and your team accountable for the actions you commit to in the workshop and gentle prompts and reminders to stimulate learning if you need to deviate (just look how 2020 panned out on the deviation front)
  • Bespoke care throughout starting with a consultation call to build a shared understanding of what you want to gain
  • Workshop length and any materials required
  • A team here to help ensure you succeed and learn

2 half days day online: £1100 
1 day in person at a UK venue** you book: £1600*

4 half days online: £2000

2 back to back days in person at a UK venue** you book: £2500

Strategy Kit

The Strategy Kit is something we have recently been working on as part of our commitment to ensure we are providing upskilling opportunities and making powerful ways to understand your culture, powerful, meaningful and easier to practice. The kit is like a backpack of tools ready to guide you and your team and aims to deliver the same outcome as the Strategy Camp however it is you that facilitate the process. You will get all the resources and support to lead your team towards a successful year. 

What’s included: 

  • This will include  online resources 
  • Chat support with Ed and the team, 
  • Regular check in’s  with me. 
  • A virtual group that will offer you support throughout this journey, and have the opportunity to network and connect with like minded peers.

Evolve your Facilitation online

Earlier this year I recognised the need to help my clients navigate through cultural change and the challenges we all face to working remotely.

The aim of the course is to help organisations who are having to adapt and move towards working remotely. It will suit those who are either running programmes or are looking to improve the way they run meetings. 

Who can take part? 
Calling all Facilitators, Managers and Leaders. If your organisation is having to adapt and innovate a lot more, but delivering  that through an online platform is proving to be much more challenging, then this is the course for you . 

How is it going to work?
It will include 6 live sessions on zoom. These sessions will allow you to take part interactively, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, work with peers on the same learning journey, and of course test the new methods and techniques you have gained along the way. Alongside this you will have access to a library of online resources to use with your teams.
