Air actuated pinch valve type aiRFlex®
The ideal valve solution for isolating and regulating abrasive, corrosive and fibrous media such as granulates, powders, pellets, dusts, slurries and solid-containing liquids.

How do air actuated pinch valves work?
By supplying compressed air/fluid (differential pressure min. 2 bar) to the casing of the pinch valve, the rubber sleeve is being compressed, leading to an absolutely tight closing of the valve. Even larger solids are enclosed by the rubber sleeve and thus tightly sealed.
The unique and patented non stretch-tube design with expansion arches ensure a longer service life of the sleeve. Optionally, the sleeve can be equipped with the monitoring system "MONSYS", which alerts maintenance personnel that the tube is worn.
The maximum operating pressure of this valve is 6 bar. As soon as the supply of compressed air/liquid is interrupted and the air operated pinch valve casing is vented or drained, the rubber sleeve opens by its rebound and the medium pressure.

100% leak free, patented tube folds, free flow of product, cavity free, wear resistant, easy to maintain (quick sleeve change with valve in-line), minimum frictional resistance, no blockages and low weight are only a few advantages to be named.

New non return valve type "CSL streamLiner" saves 50% of energy
Thanks to the use of state of the art flow simulation software, the well-proven design has been revised by the Swiss manufacturer ChemValve-Schmid and the new non return valve type CSL was developed. 50% of the energy consumption can now be saved due to the minimized pressure drop. The construction is characterized by minimal dead space and a radial bearing of the valve plate. Besides the metal sealing (standard), soft sealing alternatives (NBR, EPDM, FKM or PTFE) can be supplied as well. Sizes DN 50-300 / pressure ratings up to 50 bar or ANSI Class 300 / flange connections according to DIN PN 10-40 / ANSI Class 150 and 300 / face-to-face dimensions according to DIN EN 558-2 series 52 / 14 (formerly DIN 3202, part 3, series K5).
Analog Positioner Type V200
The analog positioner type V200, which is developed and manufactured in Europe by the company VAC, convinces with a solid aluminium housing (optionally nickel-plated or Tufram® coated) as well as a simple, easy calibration (zero and span adjustment), without opening the positioner. Optimized pilot valves ensure reduced air consumption at better air capacity (also for actuators with very high air volume). The V200 positioner has a bright visible indicator (optionally in 3D-execution) and is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +85°C (special versions for low temperature down to -50°C / high temperature up to +162°C). Supply air pressure up to 8 bar, protection class IP 66 / NEMA 4X. Analog feedback (4-20 mA), limit switches (mechanical, inductive, capacitive) and potentiometer are available as optional additions and can easily be installed later within the standard housing.

The V200 is available in a variety of executions:
  • Pneumatic or electropneumatic
  • Single or double acting
  • Different cams (90°, 180°, linear, split range)
  • Explosion-proof (ATEX, FM, CSA)
