10 November 2020

Hi <<First Name>>.  Yes, it's Technorama with a final quick reminder for tonight's Technorama Tuesday

Tune in for Remote Studio Deep Dive tonight at 1830 AEDT

This is a continuation and expansion of the session held during the CBAA 2020 Conference.  Why?  We know there were more questions, and we thought you'd appreciate a few days to recover from CBAA.  This way our Technorama Tuesday is right on point:

what can you do to enable your broadcasters to program and deliver from offsite?

You have time right now to register for tonight, when we kick off at 1830 AEDT (ie: Sydney time).  It will run an hour or so, but allow some space at the end.  If there are good questions, we'll keep going for a bit.  That's because we're Technorama, and committed to supporting your Tech!

Our expert panel, charged with showing you how you can make Remote feel close-to-home:

Have you looked at the CMTO website recently?
You know that CMTO runs really great formal training, but did you know they offer a heap of other sessions to help you develop your Community Broadcasting and life skills?   Many people credit training in Community Broadcasting with developing them for their paid careers.

As a member of our sector, you can register for some amazing free CMTO sessions, including this leadership training class coming up on 3 December:

Don't forget: if you miss any of the TR Tuesdays sessions, they're all available online.  You can find them easily via the Technorama website, where you can also take out or renew Technorama memberhip - the process is fully online and painless.

By the way, if you got this email from someone else, why not register directly?  Yep, that's on the website homepage too.

And if you have general suggestions, questions or contact requests for Technorama, we're always listening.  Check out the contact box on the website, or drop us a line via email.

From the team,

Don't forget: like us on our TR Facebook site (TechnoramaAustralia), get involved with our Q&A group (Community Radio Tech Q&A), or follow us on Twitter (@technorama_aus).

Thanks for being involved, and please continue to support Technorama.

About us:  Technorama is the grass-roots volunteer group created to support technologists in Community Broadcasting.  We're here to help stations, to build better tech capability, encourage more people to engage in Broadcast technology, to facilitate training opportunities, get people talking, create the tech community, and do whatever it takes to make all that happen easily.   Technorama interlocks with the CBAA, is supported by the CBF, and provides support back to both organisations.  Technorama Incorporated has ACNC status and welcomes support, donations and bequests.
