Hey Friend!

As we come to an end of another hot summer week, I am feeling the need for more nourishing and soothing practices.

I am finding myself a little more "hot headed". I am tired and things are getting to me. 

When the little things are getting to me, I know I need more rest and self-care. I am finding my Thursday night yoga in the park a very calming and nurturing place to be amongst friends. This is definitely a balm for me.

Are you needing a little more self-care at this time? What are the things you do to care for yourself?
It could be a little more sleep, eating healthy food, yoga, walking in nature, a massage(I'm getting one next week!!) or my favorite, chanting!! There are so many simple ways to nourish and nurture yourself.
