UK will be participating in Recyclemania until March 31st. Recyclemania is an annual recycling competition among colleges and universities that aims to increase recycling rates at institutions across the country. The friendly competition was founded in 2001 and is supported by Keep America Beautiful.
UK wants to celebrate Recyclemania by encouraging everyone to recycle what they can and learn more about what materials are recyclable. The best way to do that is by visiting UK Recycling's website and following their social media outlets:
Keep an eye out for UK Recycling on campus throughout the competition. They will have free t-shirts, giveaways, and information about campus recycling.
