Living It! 2017 Starts Today!
The Living It! campaign starts today!  Participants across the Masterpiece Living network will be challenging themselves to try four NEW activities, each week, for 4 weeks.

This is also an opportunity for friendly competition among MPL partners.  Don’t forget to collect stories from your organization, residents and team members.  How are you stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new?

Living It! Tips and Tricks
  • Try meditation
  • Memorize a bible verse
  • Learn about a religion different from yours
  • Do something to step outside your comfort zone!
  • Take the stairs
  • Try a new exercise class
  • Eat a vegetarian meal
  • Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day for a week
  • Try a new recipe
  • Watch a documentary each day
  • Write down your story and share it with someone
  • Eat an entire meal with your non-dominant hand
  • Write a “I like this about you” note/ text/ email each day for someone
  • Volunteer at a shelter or other local charity
  • Ask your neighbor to go on a walk
  • Spend time with someone living in a different level of living
