Newsletter for June 2016
Andrew - Hello again, apologies to lovely Dorien a tour guide and visitor from Groeningen. My first ever selfie, never to be repeated required editing myself out..New arrivals this month of original art works by Vivienne St.Clair and Sheila Richardson , Ian Carty raku plaques and Clodagh Redden pieces.
Agnes - Among the many visitors this Summer finally an Asian family gave me the opportunity to practice my limited Cantonese, amazing how much I've forgotten after seven years away from Hong Kong. A most interesting visit, photographs telling the story language couldn't. Despite that it's a fair distance to travel to shop.

While the weather is unpredictable the tourists bring some joy to the village.Clodagh Redden's new bronze 'soulboat' is a great talking point added to her other pieces in Draíocht An early morning delivery of Sheilas extremely large painting, Regatta to Longueville House, a visit from Kathryn Smyth and a trip to Vivienne St. Clair in Kerry just a few instances adding to the chaos

Limerick's, Sheila Richardson.'Her passion and love for the natural environment drives her colourful imagination' as demonstrated in her video. Resident artist for some years, Sheila is quietly busy preparing for her exhibit here in October

Watch a little of this action and passion in action.

We had  great fun delivering this painting to a very happy customer staying at the resplendent Longueville House, near Mallow. All 1.4 x 1.4 meters. How to ensure delivery on the Sunday morning of a Bank Holiday? ..Deliver it yourself before breakfast..
Vivienne St Clair. it's all about the emotion in paint, the marks and textures. The subject is only the starting point for her painting. She currently lives and works in Kilmoyley, Co. Kerry, where a new journey has begun.
Strawberry Ice cream. New oil on board from Vivienne St.Clair the fruits of my recent trip to Kilmoyley Many new works inspired by the ever changing lighting around her are now on exhibit with us.
Soulboat Bronze figures with Ceramic boat by Clodagh Redden. Similar to that exhibited in The Garden of Sculptures at Bloom 2015 which was a huge success, showcasing 50 spectacular artworks all created here in Ireland.
